The Steven Louie’s DC Icons is a set of icons depicting the characters from DC comics. Each icon was hand drawn and took anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to finish. These icons are in the system 7 “custom icon” format. If you find these icons useful, all that I ask is that you spread the word about these icons and drop me line via e-mail!

Icon Installation
1 Select the icon you wish to use.
2 Once you have made your selection, choose “Get Info” from the “File” Menu or press
the keystroke Command-i.
3 Then press the ‘tab’ key. A square box should appear selecting the icon on the top left
hand corner of the get info window.
4 Select “Copy” from the “File” menu, or press Command-C.
5 Close the get info window, or press Command-W.
6 Select the icon (file, folder, hard disk, or floppy disk) you wish to replace with the icon you have just copied. You cannot paste icons into a document which is currently open with another program.
7 Choose “Get Info” from the “File” Menu or press the keystroke Command-i.
8 Then press the ‘tab’ key. A square box should appear selecting the icon on the top left hand corner of the get info window.
9 Select “Paste” from the “File” menu, or press Command-V.
10 Close the get info window, or press Command-W.
These icons may be freely distributed online according to the following conditions: (a) the icons must be unaltered, (b) this text file must be included, and (c) no money may be charged, except for customary online connect-time charges.
